Compel Fitness

I joined for the new year, however 9 days into the year, I slipped on ice and had a back injury. I've been trying to cancel my membership ever since so that I can rehab for the 6 months and then come back. I have made numerous calls because I have been unable to move and drive to get to the Compel Center where I joined in Colonial Heights, VA. The person who calls back and leaves messages is inaudible and only calls while I'm at work and unable to take calls. I call back, I have to leave a message to get a call back DAYS later from same inaudible representative. I did manage to speak with a representative ONCE on the phone to do a 30 day hold, sent in my doctor's note of when the incident happened... just to find out yesterday, when I was able to get to the Compel center to speak with someone, that I had no hold on my account. So, I did the paperwork yesterday and this morning this company has debited my account TWICE before 6 a.m., putting my account into the negative. I'm getting very frustrated with this company. I'm on a limited work schedule due to my back injury and am unable to pay for this service.
