Sorry for the long delay on this. Your first letter of May 6 came to my mail box when I was out of town for 2 weeks. It looked just like the stack of Sales Mail that I get and it was set aside with that stack. Yesterday, I received another letter – again looking like Sales Mail. I opened it to see...

this complaint. I found the mail from May 6th that also included the customer’s name and phone. I reviewed my emails from [redacted]. There were 2 in Feb. I researched this with our person that handles our shipping. We sent our product to the customer via UPS Overnight on Feb. 11th. It was received and signed for on Feb. 12th, 2016. Here’s the [redacted] Tracking #https://[redacted]com/WebTracking/track#[redacted]It was signed for by their employee – [redacted]. I talked with [redacted]. It seems that after receiving our product, they moved their office and lost our Software Key (it’s the Licensed Property – it’s the same as losing a Laptop – it can’t be replaced as it’s the Property). I’ve asked [redacted] to follow up w/ the Revdex.com and correct this issue. We did fulfill the delivery of the purchased product. If there are any questions, please email or call me at ###-###-####.
