Mr***,This is in response to a letter we received from youID number ***First of all he closed 7/1/By my calendar it hasn’t been a full yearWe have been in contact with Mr*** and have all the records to prove thatWe have fixed items that have come up since July 2015, such
as door locks, water leaks and so on ( stuff ) just like we agreed on in the contract. Mr *** also agreed to arbitrate anything we couldn’t resolve and that has not come about yetI have not been given a chance to work on his problemsWe are scheduled in August to go over and do his yearThis could have been done sooner but Mr*** wouldn’t send over his list that we requested a couple different times. With all that being said I think Mr*** needs to calm down and give me a chance to do his repairs in August or arbitrate the problems like agreed on at the beginning. If you need more info such as emails and text that we have on MR*** I can get them for you.Thanks*** *** Built Properties Inc

[redacted],I have not seen anything from Mr. [redacted] to prove he has this problem. I was in the home and seen only a small piece of hardwood flooring that was defective and was willing to fix but he is not satisfied with my answer so I recommend arbitration.[redacted] Built

I am rejecting this response because: mr. [redacted] is referring to a 1 year warranty punch list. My complaint is specifically in regards to uneven floors due to an incorrectly set support beam or cross beams. His response does not address my complaint nor does it acknowledge the existence of the subject of my complaint.
