We were very sorry to learn of the issues that *** *** encountered with receiving unwanted Compass listings updates, even after attempting to adjust those settings directlyIn order to address *** ***'s issue, a consumer specialist on our Product Team has manually updated the settings associated
with *** ***'s e-mail address and has disabled future notifications associated with the searches linked to her accountWe feel confident that, in light of these steps, *** *** will no longer receive unwanted e-mails responsive to her original searches, until she either (a) chooses to further update the settings on her saved searches; or (b) creates a new search via her Compass log-in. A representative of Compass has contacted *** *** to notify her of this remedial action, as well as to extend Compass's sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Again, we truly apologize for any inconvenience caused to *** *** and sincerely hope that *** *** will make use of our services again in the future
