So far we are very pleased with Tania who works in the Lebanon, PA Office; she has been very efficient and responds quickly to questions. Our specific situation has not been presented to the IRS yet because our paperwork is not complete, so we cannot comment at this point as to our satisfaction with the final IRS decision; but within a day or two of leaving Matthew's Office in Towson, we were contacted by Tania who has already started processing our paperwork. This was a very pleasant surprise.
