While our elevator is now in current working condition, we understand that there was a maintenance issue at the time of vacate. The District Manager has reached out to the tenant to discuss a full refund on her January rent and put in the proper paperwork to our accounting department in order
to process the refund. The District Manager is currently awaiting a call back from the tenant to discuss further. Since the tenant has vacated and we are already in the process of refunding her January rent, we feel that the claim should be closed. Thank you
