Builders & Renovators has not entered into a contract or received funds for any roofing job at this address. nor have we issued a warranty for any work done. Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is not with us, and because the permit was issued in the name of the previous owner, [redacted], I doubt if he has any recourse with [redacted] unless it was spelled out in the contract that the warranty was transferable. I am sorry Mr. [redacted] has roof problems, but it is not our responsibility.
