Review: This company is refunding everyone for their subscription services, which I received. However at the time of that purchase I added on an additional product for $12.50. That amount was not refunded and no product was ever received. The date of purchase was August **, over two months ago. I have contacted the company through their customer service email and by phone with no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $12.50 to the account that it was purchased with.
