My wife and I purchased an 32' Gulf stream Ameri-lite ultra lite RV on Saturday Oct 27th 2018. On Mon 29th (2 days after purchase) we picked up the RV and upon hooking up water line a significant leak was discovered coming from under the pullout sink outside. Our next big discovery was rat poop in various locations in the outdoor/indoor kitchen, bed storage areas, showing clear signs of significant infestation. Tue 30th of Oct I spoke to Sales Manager in Courtney Division. I explained to him that the RV was contaminated, and has sustained water damage, and we had only used it for 3hrs. I also explained that we had to load up and head home at 1 am. His response was the rodent contamination occurred during the two days I owned it, he was not going to refund my money for the RV as I requested. I asked him to pick it up and take it so they could investigate issues. He agreed and said it would be done at the end of the day. Wednesday 31st of Oct. The (CFO) contacted me and she began by asking me where the RV was located. When I tried to answer she cut me off started to rant at me concerning my responsibilities for the condition of the RV, and my obligation to my monthly payments. I told her to, 'stop' and let me explain. She refused to stop talking, exclaiming that she was speaking, and when she was speaking I would be quiet until she was done, then I could speak! She told me she would let me know if my RV was picked up by the Tech guy. No one contacted me!
