Very disappointed with our experience with these guys, sales pitch was great but once they got paid....service was terrible We purchased a brand new class A RV, and although the unit looks nice we needed some small items repaired which has taken months to resolve We also had an awning failure which caused an accident and it needs to be replaced and some body damage repaired.....its been in their shop a lot since mid August and it's now November and we are still waiting to get it back We've had to go to Manufacturer for help with some success but months later we are still without our RV and have had to cancel two trips so far Our unit was left outside without the open damaged areas being sealed from the rains

I would like my money refunded to me that was paid to this company for a repair done and they claimed the said amount from my insurance company
A payment of $*** was paid to this company for a warranty call out to my RVJuly
They would not come out until this money was paid up front
The also charged my insurance company for the same repair of $*** and added work that was not done
I called my insurance company 23/09/and was told that this invoice had been paid and to go to the RV company and ask for a refund
This I did and was told they never wanted to see or hear from me again and would not return the money, although they did admit to charging for work that was not carried out
I contacted the RCMP regarding this matter as I feel it is fraudboth to me and the insurance company.The Constable spoke with the service manager and the owner by phone and they were extremely rude to him so he suggested I contact the Revdex.com and see if you could help
