We took over Central Ohio Refuse in April of 2016.  He was called on April 14th and was told over the phone that his pick up days were changing to Fridays.  When customer called regarding bulk pick up he was told that we do not do a bulk pick up but he could either put out one large...

 item per week or we offered roll off services.  He did not want to rent a roll off.  On June 24th, the customers barrel was not emptied because there was loose trash in it and in 55 gallon drums we require the customer to bag the trash and we will pull the bags out but out drivers cannot lift the barrel to dump it.  The customer did in fact pay through June of 2016.  He was billed on June 1st for services for July-Sept.  Customer never called to cancel his acct.  As of today I still show him as an open acct.  I will cancel his account out and adjust charges because we have not picked him up since June due to his trash not being out.
