They were very unprofessional and did not handle our family with compassion or respect. The staff are poorly trained for the task at hand which resulted in my family member being rushed through the process, having the wrong medications prescribed, and ultimately culminating in violations of HIPAA and a range of other legal violations.

The turmoil that resulted from their "care" traumatized our family and set the original patient's care back considerably.
