I have attached a copy of the original proposal and the letter we just sent to ***. I
started sending two technicians out at a time six weeks ago because I felt it necessary to have a second witness when we are on siteIf you look at page three of the proposal you will see where we recommended the UPSPlease call me if you would like any additional information

Review: We hired them to install access control system in our building and it does not work for 4 out of 8 doors. I have contacted them numerous times since January 15th 2016 with no luck in the coming back and taking care of the problem. We now have to enter the building with a master key and this is difficult to give all employees a master key of our building. Also there is a hall door that the lock does not function. We also have not been trained on the access control and have no idea how to program the card or the various parameters and employees , etc..Desired Settlement: Make the system work #1, Fix door lock in hallway #2, teach us how to program cards for employees #3 and lastly call us back when we call for customer service it has only been months since it was put in and they have been paid in full.
