I dropped off my snowblower and was told they would look at it within daysSince I was in the middle of moving, I was not overly concerned about a timeframeHowever, after not hearing from them for over a week, I called and found out they still hadn't even looked at itThey promised me they would look at by the end of the next dayCall back days later and they still haven't looked at itPromised me they would look at it first thing tomorrowCalled back the next day at noon, and it still wasn't looked atOnce they finally looked at it, they said the carburetor needed to be rebuiltbut that the rebuild kit wasn't made anymoreIf I wanted them to fix it, they would have fabricate their own parts and would cost $or moreI said no thanksI was charged $for the "diagnostic"When I got home, I searched for less than minutes and found the rebuild kit for my snowblower, as well as multiple videos on how to do a carb rebuild on my ownThese guys are either completely d
I have never had a worse experience in my lifeI called Gophers because they were the authorized warranty repair shop for my generatorI brought the generator in on May 12thThey first told me that I bought a piece of st generator and that I should of bought a HondaI told them that I used the generator for about hours and it wouldn't start anymoreHey said they would look at it in a week or soI called weeks later and still hadn't looked at itAgain said the brand of my generator is crapCalled again in another week and still hadn't looked at itCalled in another week and said they would get someone to look at itCalled a week later and talked to someone who I had to explain the situation again tooWhile I was talking to this guy I hear someone in the background saying just tell him the company won't accept the warranty and he will just have to pay out of pocket if he wants us to look at itThis was the final "straw"I went down to pick up the generator and asked the jerk off at the front counter why they even accepted the job if they had no intention of working on it His response is "warranty work doesn't pay very well"So they kept my generator for weeks and never did a damm thingI will never take any thing here again and make damm sure I tell everyone in know what kind of business they operate
