I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealer. I purchased a 2009 Expedition about a month ago from them. The salesman told me that since there was only 1 set of keys I could purchase more and they would progam them for free. I did that and they charged me $50. Salesman also told me that since this "certified" SUV needed tires they could get me a deal from a local tire place. After a week I came in to the dealership and they gave a business card and said to tell the tire place they sent me. I ended up paying full price.
The truck itself has had problems from the first couple of days. The driver seat will no longer move fowards or backwards. It now has a rough idle sometimes when stopped. And Recently the check engine light came on and it would not shift. Took it in to the dealership and they fixed the shifting problem which was $1600. I paid $304 with a warranty. The seat still wont move and still have occasional rough idle. I am not sure why the "certify" a vehicle but sell it with bald tires and all kinds of problems. I have emailed them about my concerns but got no response. I went in and they basically just waited for me to finish talking so they could schedule an appointment at my cost. Beware of this place and thier "certified" cars and trucks.
