Review: My daughter went to the dentist to have some work done on her teeth. The dentist convinced my daughter at 22 Years old to get a full bridge done on her upper mouth. The dentist nor the office ever contacted me in regards to the issue. My daughter went and had the top half of her teeth removed. They gave her partials, and I put a down-payment of $1,000.00 down for the continuation of work. I put the down payment on my employer [redacted]. The company closed down, before finishing my daughter's dental work. Now my daughter is walking around with temporary fill ins in her upper mouth that is now irritating her and loose. She found another dentist that worked in the same office to finish the work, but that dentist explained to her that she would need to pay at least half for them to give her the permanents. I discussed the issue with the card company, they said they will not reimburse the money, and that I should contact you.Desired Settlement: I would like for me to be reimbursed my $1,000.00 so that I can get my daughter's mouth fixed once and for all.
