The credit union was the worst experience I have had with a lender. As an agent, I have dealt with many different banks. The ladies assigned to the file were asking for things that didn't exist, they were unprofessional and untrained in the mortgage process. I guess it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. Stay away from this lender at all costs.
As a member-owned cooperative, we strive to provide superior service and protect the interests of our members. A management representative will contact your company.
This credit union are terrible. When I apply for my auto loan online Monday Oct 7 I did not receive any calls from them for a weeks. Email which I got from them promise that agent will contact me next business day but it never happened. I'm trying to contact them directly by calling their number and they only able to transfer me to voicemail of person who didn't show up at work for whole week. Did call them maybe 20 times and did not receive any answers to my request. Only apology and promises but nothing else. Trying to speak with management - nobody available by that time but they will call you maybe today, maybe tomorrow or maybe never... Do they think I will make any business with them after all that stressful experience? NOPE! Will find better CU who will do a better job and DO care about clients. Please think twice before decide to do business with them.
