We used CCI to help organize an alternative spring break trip for a small, liberal arts college a couple of years ago in San FranciscoThe founder/president, [redacted] was leading the experience and it didn't even meet the bare minimum of expectationsOur housing wasn't fully settled until the day we arrived and the service projects that were suppose to be planned in advance were planned day by day while we were there for the most partOne day, we organized our own service instead of relying on him even though we had paid the participation fee and CCI was expected to organize itWe only had access to a public pool for showering and although men's and women's facilities were separated, there were no stalls for privacy with each facilityThe pool only had a couple of hours where it was even open for our use and we had to compete with local swimmers to use itSince then, we've organized our own trips and have been much, which have been more successful
