Community Clinical Pharmacy

Due to a vehicular accident I was forced to use National Health Finance. They authorize this pharmacy as one that is the closest to wear I live. During this time I have had no less than three such instances with their staff. Each time successively took longer and longer to receive my medication. This past time I ordered my prescription and asked that it be delivered to my new address. A week after this order I called back in and found their associate had not shipped the medication, but instead put it onto their shelf with no further call nor notification. At this time [redacted] assured me that they would send it out and I once again verified my address with them. After a week of waiting I called in again and spoke to their manager [redacted] who assured me this never happens. After informing her that this had been my third such issue with the pharmacy she checked the medications address and it turned out to be the old prior address to which I had twice corrected with them. Today that medication sits in a mailbox to which [redacted] said I could go there and ask for my medication from the current resident. It was only after I told her the house is vacant that she offered to resend the medication.

My medication allows me to function in daily life. Without it I am in excruciating pain the likes of which ceases the normal functions of life. Had this of been a life dependent medication I greatly fear for their clients lives. This type of treatment and lack of concern for clients is utterly unbefitting of a healthcare facility.
