Community Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Martinsville

When my car would break down after they said it was completed or they resolved the issue, it would cause distress, cancellations of plans, hours of waiting on tow trucks. Since I have had to repeatedly take my car back to them for an unresolved issue, I have lost trust that my car will not fail again, leaving me stranded, unable to get to work, pick up my children, or follow through with commitments. These are the dates my car would not start and was towed back to dealership for the same problem. 6/12/19,6/14/19, 6/24/19, 6/26/19, 7/3/19, 7/8/19, 7/12/19 and 8/19/19

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler, 2012 on Nov.3 2017.. This dealership is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, lied, deceived and sold a car with the brake and gass pedal coated with slippery tire shine sprayed all over interior mats, pedal, carpet ... They hid a chipped windshield with a window sticker, tried to cheat me out of extra taxes cause I was buying from outside Indiana, was rude and disrespectful to my wife that I found out about from her after we left. Salesman Dave M lied about have the correct # of keys and the manuals and all paperwork for the jeep in the glove box, Was an empty jeep pouch, Told us the soft top that also came with the Jeep folded in the back seat was excellent, After I got home and removed it , it was ripped, back window cracked, installation parts missing, totally useless and thrown away, Never even told me where the Jeep was after the incompetent finance man got done, threw the only key on table and walked off, totally disrespectful from entire staff, Had to walk lot to find Jeep by myself ?? Sprayed slippery tire shine on entire inside of mats, carpet, inside, was so slippery I could hardly keep my foot on the gas and brake pedal...Had to stop 5 miles down the road and wipe off entire inside.... This was a complete joke. My bank called the finance dept and told them they had overcharged me for sales tax,and they were very rude to my bank and said they weren't refunding nothing.... I had to write a letter to the GM and finally got my money back along with a sarcastic note written by hand at the bottom from the unprofessional GM.... This place does not need to be in business with the staff they have and the one that was disrespectful and rude to my wife needs fired..... We are in our 60's and this is the worst dealership we have ever been to in 45 years.... I have all info and text and emails and letters. Complete Classless Dealership.........
