[redacted] called our office and before I could say anything, she threatened to sue us, and would not let me get a word in period. I told her to calm down and she just started cussing at me. We found out the week before she called that [redacted] did not get enough cups. We immediately shipped 2...
more cases to them. in fact, they received them the day [redacted] called. We always take care of our customers and make sure we deliver what we promise. We ship to over 1000 restaurants per year with very few complaints. The problem was taken care of as soon as we found out. If she would take the time to go into the restaurant she would see they are being used. The advertisers are promised one year in the restaurant from the day they arrive. [redacted] advertisement will be in [redacted] until March of 2016, She will not be receiving a refund.Sincerely,[redacted]President
