Mason city ford, did a repair on our 2016 Ford explorer and said they did an allignment after. We had an oil change done on our explorer about a month later and they showed my wife the wear that was on our rear tires caused by a poor alignment. that was only a month after Mason city ford had done the alignment. Mason city ford said they would go half on the replacement of only the rear tires. This does not work well since the vehicle is 4 wheel drive. All four tires need to be changed at the same time! We were told by the service manager that Ford says it is ok. I will never deal with Mason City Ford again and will tell everyone of our experience with them! We have documentation of all our oil changes that also show tire rotation and the graph that shows that all the points of the rear alignmemt are red or yellow.
