In an effort to ascertain documentation related to rules and regulation pertaining to Winterberry Pointe, a call was to the LLC listed above. The owner, [redacted], answered the phone. I identified myself and asked if there was any way we could set up a time to meet. She responded that she was busy and didn't have time to meet. She did ask what this concerned and I responded that it had to do with parking and the rules pertaining thereto. When I asked the specific question she responded affirmatively. I asked her to provide documentation and she began to get agitated. After a short, terse exchange, I asked if she would speak with my 84 year old mother about the situation. My mother, (who owns property in said community), directed by me, asked the same question related to documentation. Ms. [redacted] indicated that we would have to look it up and, according to my mother, just hung up.
It is my opinion that Ms. [redacted] was rude and totally unprofessional to both myself and to my mother. Ms. [redacted] showed little regard to our request and showed herself to have no respect for those she is supposed to serve.
