Regards,
C A M must have this community mixed up with another, we are talking about [redacted]. Playground equipment is a mess. The landscaping out here is horrible! Trees falling over and half dead! I am more than happy to send pictures to who ever wants them if you like. Flower beds are not mulched, flowers are dying everywhere. People's homes are not mowed and weeds growing wildly. And as far as I know CAM is the management company and not [redacted] Landscape and from what I understand [redacted] is owned by a relitive of an executive of CAM. Huge conflict of interest if true! Also the community would like CAM replaced as the management company due to the fact that they are not performing up to acceptable standards.
In response to your concerns the trees that were leaning have been straightened and the mulch is reworked per the landscape contract as are the flowers. The landscape contractor is [redacted] Landscaping and is not owned by anyone at Community Asset Management and never has been. If you would like to further discuss any concerns I would ask that you contact our office and we can schedule a meeting here to address your concerns.
The landscaping discussed in the complaint is maintained by [redacted] Landscaping. The sprinklers were being repaired on Monday the 27th and should have been completed on the 28th to repair the current problem. The landscaping is on a regular irrigation schedule and watered daily. Deed...
restriction inspections are done bi weekly and letters sent out at the time of the inspection. The playground equipment has been inspected regularly and repairs made at that time if necessary.

I have spoken to the owner to resolve the issue. We did make contact with the owner on August 29th and left a voicemail message. After speaking with the owner, we have agreed to close the violation. As far as we know, we have resolved the owners complaint.
