Communications Plus

Review: Watertown Family Practice purchased phones and a phone system from Communications Plus and have attempted to contact Communications plus multiple times to have them change and add some additional features to the system. When we do get into contact with them they tell us they will be here to do the work and never show when they say they will or they do not respond at all.Desired Settlement: Watertown Family Practice wants Communications Plus to come out to the office and change and add the additional features we have asked for.
