For the past two years they have been billing us for a 3rd Party Long Distance Service that we don't even use. we strictly use [redacted]. We spoke to [redacted] and they confirmed we are 100% on the [redacted] Service, unfortunately some of these long distance carriers will leach onto companies and add additional monthly fees, even thou they are not there provider. I contacted them and they were quick to cancel the service, which was not service at all, since we use [redacted] for all of our long distance coverage. I requested to know who at our company approved these charges and they claimed since it is over two years they don't keep those records, I questioned that they have an open account with someone but yet they don't keep the legal documentation to confirm the agreement was even made. At that point I requested they credit back to us over two years of fees they have been scamming from us, and I got no cooperation from them on a credit back or who even approved these charges.
