Re: Complaint ID # [redacted] By [redacted] I am writing you in regards to this complaint. This account had a balance of $524.82. The customer did not pay off but we considered it paid in full and mailed a lien release to the county clerk. We hope you feel this is a satisfactory solution.[redacted]Owner
To whom it may concern;[redacted] was never told by any of our employees that the car had never been in an accident. Because there is no way to know the complete history of any used car, we would never make that statement. We have written records of all conversations we have had with [redacted] from the time she bought her car. Prior to the 15th of May, 2015, none of these conversations contained any complaints about the vehicle. If she has had 3 fuel pump repairs, that indicates a problem with the repair shop, not the car. As per the paperwork we provided to the Revdex.com, at the time of purchase, [redacted] acknowledged with her signature several times that she was aware she was purchasing a used car “AS IS”, with no warranty and that she would be responsible for all repairs to the vehicle. We have no control over how a customer drives or maintains their vehicle, and after more than a year, even with proper maintenance, repairs are to be expected. As per our original response, we will not forgive or reduce [redacted] balance owed on the vehicle, and she is still responsible for making her payments as she agreed to at the time of purchase.[redacted]Time Auto Sales

There is no crystal ball that can predict the timing of a major repair, or failure on a car, even a new one. [redacted] was fully informed when she bought the vehicle that we would not make any repairs on it and she decided to purchase the car anyway. That was her decision alone to make, and because she now regrets that decision does not change our policy. We will not repair her vehicle, nor will we refund her money. Re: complaint ID [redacted]To whom it may concern; We received a copy of the customer complaint via regular mail today. We were unaware of any recall, or the exact cause of the fire, however I spoke with Mr. [redacted] via phone today and agreed to allow the insurance company to send him the...
$2000.00 he requested which essentially amounts to his down payment and any payments he has made on the vehicle since purchase. We will apply the balance to his account and consider the case closed.
