Upon returning home from a vacation we found our home phone not working and received a letter from Revdex.com stating a customer complaintImmediately upon pulling in my driveway I called ms [redacted] and explained I was out of town and yes she was right our home phone rings and hangs upAs originally stated to ms [redacted] if issues came up with the round toilets A & A would be happy to replace them at no chargeThe return work is to be performed on Monday 29th in the afternoon around 3:30-4:In reference to the charges a typical toilet install is 150$ we installed toilets = $also a new kitchen faucet which the install is 100$ making the total labor 400$ which we already reduced that cost by 100$ due to the round toiletsThis is a standard rate even [redacted] charges this rate faucets and toilets are a flat rate install not a hourly rate no matter if it takes minutes or 2hrsSo there should not be any issue with cost at allWe here at A & A strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction on every job and this is the 1st issue in over years serving the public.Thank you Tom Molloy ownerA & A Home Improvement
