On May 26, I tried a new salon I explain to the [redacted] that I wanted to have highlights done and haircut we discussed it before me coming in there and it sounded like she understood what I wanted done my appointment was at 11:and I always come early and waited she was still with another client so I took her A while before she started on my hair at this point it was already close to o'clock but she put the dye in my hair and she had told me before that she had a client at 1:I was thinking that I would be done by that time with everything and at 1:her client came in and she asked me to sit in another chair while she worked on the other client and I sat there and at this point to I have had the dye in my hair for awhile which had me concerned and around she asked me to follow her to the sink and asked me to wait there so she could get the toner she put the toner in my hair and then walked away and I sat there for about minutes and she had asked anoth
