The technicians responded to a service call by us. Upon trouble shooting explained situation in a manner that was easily understandable and recommended we get second opinions. Chose Commonwealth as one of 4 local companies to quote total replacement. The owner took the information his field technician provided and personally came to the home for a consultation of the estimate and inclusions/exclusions. Upon choosing them the installers showed up on time and finished finished on schedule. They completely disposed of the old systems, cleaned up after the job (including vacuuming carpets as needed) and did a thorough walk thru of the new thermostats operation until both myself and wife were proficient. There were no hidden fees or add ons to surprise us and the install was exceptional.
