I was scheduled for a Echo Cardiogram at CDI today at 2:15 pm (6/3). I call at 11am to confirm appointment and was told it was at 7:30am this morning. Call my cardiologist Dr Amini (Kingston) and they checked. It was 2:15 today (6/3). (As a First Responder I can not have a morning appointment. ON CALL! ). Dr office explained the CDI gave her the 2:15pm appointment ! Now I'm told next available is 6/23 at 2:15pm. You would think CDI would try to fit me in sooner, since they SCREWED UP. Does not take that LONG... What if I get ill before then. Who should we blame !

Review: I went to the emergency room and during my stay tried to give three different people my insurance info everyone kept saying someone would be in for that. After several hours I was released so I assumed my insurance info was in the computer from my Doctor's office. I received a bill in the mail for the whole amount. I immediately called with my insurance info. I received another bill for the full amount threatening to send me to collections and ruin my credit. I called them and was advised that it was submitted to my insurance on 10/18/14 and they wanted me to pay the full amount even though they will be getting paid by my [redacted]. The bill is not itemized so I have no idea what the charges are even for nor should I be threatened to go to collections when the insurance hasn't even paid yet since when do you not receive an itemized bill for a hospital stay??Desired Settlement: I will gladly pay what I really owe after the insurance is processed and I receive an itemized bill so I know what I was being charged for
