Docs are top notch. Service is fine.
But billing is a total nightmare. Over the last year the billing company conducted the following questionable practices against my family: Sending a bill before running insurance, sending repeat bills up to two months after cashing a check for the service, threatening to send a previously paid bill to a collection agency, attempting to have me set up a recurring payment for a bill already paid.
Bottom Line is if the doctors could demand their payment processing be as good as their emergency room service, they would be five star perfection. However, their billing company makes the overall appearance look like a scam operation. It is very sad.
