I am rejecting this response because:
I actually paid 295.00 not 200.00 I called and verified with [redacted] from Commonfields the amount of 295.00, and when I paid that amount I asked the lady at the window if I could get the remaining back and she said yes after my payment...

has posted and adjusted in their account. I disagree with their response because the agent told me I could receive the credit back and they did not honor that, I was not informed of the Policy until I called back about the credit weeks later, it's not right and its not fair.

On 1/8/18 during our normal meter reading the meter came back with a high usage. We came out on 1/29/18 to re-read the meter and confirm the reading. At that time the manager met with the customer. The customer stated that he had already turned off the meter due to the leak. On 2/9/18 the tenant...

came int to our office and made a payment of $100 and told the cashier that the homeowner would be in to pay more on the high bill caused by the leak. We are willing to work out a payment arrangement with Mr. [redacted]. We can also send an adjustment through to the sewer treatment company so they can adjust his bill for the high balance. We do not give adjustments on leaks.
