Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, please refer my response to their reply as appear below When I signed my lease I signed only for One monthI specificity mentioned that I am going to stay only for one month.I been told that if I want to extend my lease for more than one month I can just let the leasing office know day before the end of the month. On 23rd January, I informed leasing office that I am not extending and I am still leaving on my scheduled move out date as we discussed when I signed my lease for one monthI received all the documents to sign via e-docs in emailThey should have told me or send me all the required documents that I need to sign including ‘day notice’ document, which they did not send me or asked me to sign even though specifically signed my lease for one month onlyThe person who helped me when I signed my lease over the phone was nice and helpful but she mentioned that she is new and working by herself and she were trying to get some help from someone else to answer our questionsPerhaps, that might be the reason of this situation [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]
I am writing a response for Customer complaint ID *** from *** ***Attached is a copy of her signed leaseI have also pulled out section of that signed lease below which states that a resident must give days notice of leaving prior to the last day of the monthAs ***
stated in her letter she gave Commonspace notice of her leaving on January 23rd that she would be leaving January 26th 2017, therefore she is still responsible for Febrent for which her deposit was used to pay She did not provide days notice as described in the terms of section of the lease she signed on Jan4th 2017. 2. Term: The initial term of this Lease (the "Lease Term") commences at noon on 01/09/2017 and continues on a month-to-month basisTo terminate tenancy CommonSpace or Resident must give the other party a written day notice of Lease non-renewalThe Resident may only terminate their Lease on the last day of any month and CommonSpace must receive a written notification of non- renewal at least days prior to the last day of that monthIf the Resident plans to leave on or after the first of any month, they are responsible for that month's full rentIf the Resident does not provide CommonSpace with a written day notice, they shall forfeit their full deposit amount

When I signed my
lease I signed only for One month. I specificity mentioned that I am going to stay
only for one month.I been told that if
I want to extend my lease for more than one month I can just let the leasing
office know 2 day before the end of the month. On 23rd
January, I informed leasing office that I
am not extending and I am still leaving on my scheduled move out date as we discussed
when I signed my lease for one month. I received all
the documents to sign via e-docs in email. They should have told me or send me
all the required documents that I need to sign including ‘30 day notice’ document,
which they did not send me or asked me to sign even though specifically signed
my lease for one month only. The person who helped
me when I signed my lease over the phone was nice and helpful but she mentioned
that she is new and working by herself and she were trying to get some help from
someone else to answer our questions. Perhaps, that might be the reason of this
situation.
