Common Sense Home Inspection

[redacted] was awesome! He spent just about 4 hours inspecting our home from top to bottom. He was great about us following him around while he did the inspection and answered every question along the way. As first time home buyers we definitely had a lot of questions. He explained his findings thoroughly and we had our final report the next day. We would most definitely recommend [redacted] to anyone!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian and Common Sense when we were having a triplex inspected that we were closing on. When I called to set up the inspection Brian called back immediately. He was knowledgeable from the start, courteous, helpful, and easy to work with. He had the closest available appointment of any of the three building inspectors I called. He prepped me for what the inspection would be like in our first phone call, and answered any questions I had.
At the inspection Brian was great with the tenants, treating them respectfully and putting them at ease. He involved me in the inspection and I learned a ton from him. He was extremely thorough and did not seem to cut any corners whatsoever.
