Commercial Lighting Company

Carlos called our front desk and asked to speak to our maintenance man. Maintenance returned the call and was asked if he was authorized to make decisions regarding the lighting, he answered no. They then asked him if he wanted a free cooler and he again responded no. This was on 01/04/17, on 01/12/17 we received a shipment of light bulbs with a amount due of approx $400. My co worker called and they "offered" to reduce it to $179.70. He was told by Dustin that they did not want us to ship them back because they were afraid they would be damaged in the shipment. Well too bad, CLC, I called FedEx myself and reported your company for misusing your FedEX account and they are picking up your unauthorized order today. I recommend everyone call FedEx and report them and pretty soon Fed Ex will shut CLC's account down. When I called Dustin to tell him that I called Fed Ex myself he told me that he recorded the conversation with the maintenance man, but when I asked to hear it, he stated that since we were in Calif it is illegal to record phone calls. WHAT!!! I called him on flip flopping and he then told me he would put our business on their do not call list. This company is predatory company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
