I purchased 4 pallets of new cardboard boxes in an auction on November 2, 2019. I went to pick up my purchased items and they did not have my 4 pallets there. They let another customer pick them up and take them. One of the owners told me I could get my pallets when they receive them back but did not know when that was and said I could have a refund. They called me today on 11/20/19 and said I could come pick with what they have and take 4 pallets and I said I want a refund if they are not the exact pallets I purchased and Tyler (Owner) said I can't have a refund anymore and they do not have the exact items I purchased. This is wrong and neglects there promise in their auction terms.
