consumer provide a copy of the credit report for us to investigate? If not can the consumer contact the credit bureau to conduct an investigation? It is possible for that the Credit Bureau did not match our file to the correct person. If that is the case that is an issue the Credit Bureau has to correct. We will happily help to resolve this matter by asking the Credit Bureau to correct the error if there is one and provide them with the information we have.
Information that will help us resolve this matter is as follows:
1) Name, Address and DOB of person whose has this information incorrectly posted to their Credit Bureau.
2) Name, Address and DOB of person whose Credit Bureau should have this information.
Once we have the information we will contact the Credit Bureau and see if we can get clarification on what happened and resolve the matter if required.
