reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I have also submitted my documents for this claim. I stand correct, the deposit amount is $350. I am choosing to not move in Augusta Hills Apartments and would like my deposit returned based on the claims Ive reviewed on Revdex.com regarding this business. Again as I have stated the apt wasnt available for me to move in let alone review because there were tenants still living there at the time I asked for my deposit back and also at thi time this claim was submitted. I will only accept this response if Augusta Hills Apartments agrees to return my deposit of $350.

S[redacted] H[redacted] the first picture attached is to show bed bug feces left in the corners of my walls and window frame the inspector viewed these marks and refused to treat even tho I brought a live bug into the office yesterday that the office manager K[redacted] seen and demanded that I removed from her office the other pictures are of roach droppings and also live roaches that I have sprayed myself the inspector did not look into my my roach infestation at all he didn't even acknowledge it and no one has came to check my air for mold

We will send maintenance back out to her apartment to complete any necessary work orders.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Only one of the several issues in my apartment has been fixed and that is the loud screeching that the toilet made when I flushed. Nothing else has been done. I was assured that it wouldn't take much time for my unit to be repainted, nothing has been done. The dishwasher is still filthy and rusty with possible orange mold, which prevents me from even being able to use it, the knobs in the bathtub were tightened up, but not replaced and still have dirt and mold inside of them, and the heater closet is still completely covered in dirt, dust, and mold as well. No one has checked into the water damage in my bedroom ceiling. The company hasn't heard anything from me regarding repairs because I've included all of these issues not only on my move-in checklist, but I also sent an email detailing these issues including pictures, which I am keeping for my records in order to proceed with my cases filed with the Revdex.com as well as [redacted]. I will not consistently contact the landlord regarding these same issues. They will need to refer to the checklist and emails that I provided to them on the day of move in. Thank you.

We were made aware of the maintenance issues in this apartment and they all been fixed or repaired.  We hope that this resolves any issues.

Ms. [redacted] filled out a form with her maintenance concerns on 4/14/17.  Those issues were taken care of by our maintenance staff on 4/20/2017.  We have not had any contact from the resident since then stating that there were any additional issues.
