My daughter's 1st communion dress was dropped off on Thursday at the Kavanaugh location to be cleaned for an event on Sunday morningWe were promised pick up on FridayWe came before COB on Satand the dress was not there and nobody that was at either location could locate the dress.I was told by *** *** (***) that they understood, but couldn't do much because they close at 2pmAfter I demanded that someone look for the dress, I had to drive out to *** to pick it upWhen I arrived, *** *** (*** ***) blamed me for not specifying what event I needed the dress for and for not being there earlier for pick upI really don't know how this place has a A on Revdex.com, I will never go here again
