Review: I was given several quotes of a very good price. I spent a month to 5 weeks of my time operating off of this quote, checking and double checking even triple checking with the salesperson who assured me that that was indeed the right quote. I signed a quote agreement letter. I uploaded my files to place my order. I waited for a proof to materialize, while also reaching out to pay for my books. Then I received an email the night before I thought things were going into production to be told there was a big mistake. The next day when I spoke with the owner while an emailed the new quote which was 2.5 times more than originally quoted amount. I was asked to pay $7140 instead of $2583. This order was all time-sensitive. I have an event surrounding this print product, my memoir. Now I am not sure that I can get this book delivered in time. There are many people effected by this "take or leave" attitude presented to me by the owner [redacted]. I am saddened by this situation. Now, I am left with scrambling around to fix this major and expensive problem with in a very short amount of time. I was told this was an honest mistake, but it felt more like bait-and-switch. I am deeply disappointed in Commerce Printing.Desired Settlement: To honor the original quote with a price increase of only $1000 and delivered to me by Sept 11th, 2014.
