Commando Motel

Showed up to motel, no staff on site had to call so they could come over and grab us a key and eagerly take our cash, and immediately took off in their vehicle. Deplorable conditions in the room we were offered, stunk of cigarette smoke and animal urine. Staff not present in the office and unavailble by phone when an issue occured. Refused to answer their phone and when they finally answered the next day, refused to show up and refused to refund us our money -we had to go stay somewhere else.
