Scheduled a cleaning appointment over a week ago on the phone. The company was a no-call no-show and is not answering their phone nor responding to voicemails. A brief review of [redacted] and other rating sites shows that seemingly all reviews for this company are reporting the same experience. Would like to report this company as a likely scam.

Review: Purchased a voucher for cleaning services. Took several phone calls to get the service scheduled. Provider was a no-show, no-call on date/time of scheduled service and has not returned any calls to reschedule. Provider has done nothing to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the purchase price of the original voucher.

I received a [redacted] voucher as a gift for this company. I've called and emailed many many times, they never answer nor respond to their emails. I've been trying to reach them for 3 months and have never been successful.

I bought this cleaning service on [redacted]. When I called them they set a time to come to my house. Didn't show. Called them again they apologized and set another appointment didn't show and no call. Very unprofessional buyer beware. Not reliable
