Command Roofing

In response to Mr *** *** complaint. We here at Command Roofing are striving to give great service and sometimes schedule does not go as plannedOur salesman told Mr *** that we were 4-weeks out when in fact we are 8-weeks out. Weather dictates our schedule, all customers
are told an approximate date and they assume that that date will stand. When it rains it pushes that day farther out. We did have a series of rain in the last month. When Mr *** called he said that he it has been weeks and the scheduled said another weeks. He was also informed that the schedule needed to be updated and the scheduler would let him know of a new date.Mr *** is scheduled to be started this week. The roofer that is scheduled for his job has to complete the job that he is currently on.We apologized for any inconvenience that this has caused Mr ***. Command Roofing, LLC
