I’m not sure what is happening, but Discount Comic Book Service is no longer responding to me. Let me begin by saying I am long time customers of theirs. Any merchandise issues I have had were resolved quickly. Suddenly, they are taking a long time to respond to emails (if they even respond). Not sure what is happening, but it’s a shame because they are a good company. On Saturday I noticed I could not get into my account. I received a message stating ‘Customer account is inactive’. I sent an email on Saturday and have not received anything. I emailed their sister site (instock trades) regarding my account, and they responded in less than 24 hours, and then in about 10 minutes to another question. Something is not right.
This is an issue because I have zero view into the comics and books I have preordered and paid for. In the absence of getting an email response, the company does not have a phone number for me to reach them.
