This person Lied to me by email about what the problem was, and now is stating something completely different!

When I got it, I washed the liner and when I went to put the pillow in it, the zipper broke. I washed it on delicate in a front loading washer, so don't try to blame it on that. The pillow itself doesn't have even stitching, either. Sorry you're inferior product doesn't meet up to someone being able to sleeping comfortably.

Review: I received the Standard Maroon Bedding Fabric comfy breast pillow as a gift. There was a bad chemical order when I opened the bag and I washed the liner in my front loading washer on the delicate cycle. I dried it on delicate. When I went to put the pillow back into the liner, the zipper immediately broke. It is a small, cheap zipper. The fabric isn't comfortable, I don't like how only half your body is lifted from the pillow, and the stitching isn't even on the pillow. It looks like it was quickly thrown together and looks cheap. It isn't worth $100. I gave my feedback via email (the only way to contact anyone)and asked for a refund and to return it. [email protected] is the email address. I received a very rude message back and the email stated it is posted that no returns are accepted all over the website. I don't see this anywhere and they claimed it was one of the breast cancer awareness pillows. It is indeed not, just the maroon standard pillow. I sent them an email back stating that and received no reply. I would like a full refund to be put back on my boyfriend's credit card or PayPal. Not sure how he paid for it, but this is the right thing to do. If they would give me an address to return it to, I have it back in the box and ready to be shipped back. I request you help to make this happen.Desired Settlement: I would like to ship the item back at Comfy Breasts expense and have my boyfriend receive a full credit back to his payment account. Review: I ordered a product from this company on 10/28/13, after numerous attempts to contact them regarding no delivery I received an email stating they were behind on orders due to family illness and excessive orders. On 11/26, I contacted them telling them to cancel and refund my order. I received an email stating they had shipped on 11/27. I received the order which was not as ordered. The order was incomplete and was a lesser product than ordered and paid for. I contacted them and again was told that due to high demand, several orders were incorrect and he would correct the issue ASAP. I have gotten no other response nor instructions for return and refund. It is now 12/18 and after close to two months I feel this issue should be resolved and a refund issued.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and will be happy to return at sellers EXPENSE
