Bought 6042JR combo. Came with 3-air switches and one air inlet not mounted in tub. Prefer to mount on 3/4" deck. These items are too short to mount with nut on bottom for 3/4" deck. Won't replace with proper parts. Kenny tells me to glue on. He hung on up on me last call. Plumber says air inlet won't work that way. I want it done as intended with nut, This should be an easy fix. Many other problems with service. Always get the feeling I'm an adversary instead of customer when I call.
I don’t recommend in the LEAST! I spent over $3000 on the combination tub (air and water jets) for two and I have had nothing but issues with my tub since I bought it about a year ago. It came with a leaky air injector. I called them and they sent a part right out, no problem. After about 5 months, the air jets stop working. I have been chasing them since LAST YEAR to get this issue rectified. They have sent me countless parts (most duplicates) and nothing has worked. The blower for the air jets is overheating and turning off after no more than 5 minutes of running time. They sent me at least 3 new blowers, 4 new blue boxes, a black box, a new black box, PVC fitting, a check valve, etc and nothing worked. I have asked numerous times for a technician to come diagnose the issue and they refuse. They will not give me any money back. They said they have gone above and beyond to solve the issue and because I am the only one apparently with this issue, they are done helping with it. (God forbid there is a defective air injector or something causing a back log in the hoses causing the blower to overheat.) I spoke to Dustin dozens of times and I kept getting do this and do that’s and he stopped replying to my emails. My last phone call when he said they have done enough and there is nothing else to do and wouldn’t refund ANY money at all from this non-functioning tub, I said maybe I should just take this to the courts and let them handle it, he literally hung up on me and said talk to our lawyers. Real professional.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company. I definitely wish I hadn’t. This tub was supposed to be a nice gift for my wife that also helped the value of my house with the dual air and water jets feature and they worked for less than a year before having issues that cannot be rectified. The company does not reply to emails timely, they do not resolve issues, they say “we tried!” and think that makes the issue better from a consumer perspective.
If I had my way, I would go back and never purchase this tub from them. You’re better off buying from elsewhere. Save yourself the time, money, headaches, and aggrevation.
