In response to your letter we have looked at our files and have found that the issue with the blower wheel is a manufacture warranty call and was not a result of our workWe have passed inspection with the city and everything was in good standingThe customer is to call the manufacture and make a
warranty claim for this unit for any malfunction pertaining to the unitAs for the leak in the line, the first home owner refused to change out the line at the time of installation of the ac unitWe did replace the line and customer only paid non covered part due to the fact that Home Owners Insurance (*** *** *** ***) paid the cost to replaceThe money that *** *** and *** *** spent was for the line set which has nothing to do with the blower motorChanging of the line was a different problem
We did go out to the customer home on 12/4/to check out noise and at this time our technician was unable to find a problem and did not here a rattling noise seemed to work fineOur company was not aware that customer was told they where to come back and we have no records that customer calledOn this visit we did not charge the customer a service call fee of any kind
Our company feels that is complaint is not valid to the work we performed and we feel that no monies should be returned since the job that was paid for was of another job nothing to do with the blower motor
