Comfort Zone Heating & A/C

This company installed a new air conditioning and heating unit in June 2013 prior to our purchase of the home. They had to come put following an inspection by the city to complete the job in August 2013. They were contacted in November 2013 to repair a leak to a line that they failed to replace when replacing the unit upon installation I June 2013. In December 2013 they were contacted aga gain because the until was causing the entire 3000 square foot house to shake when it was on. The technician insisted that the unit was shaking as a result of the way the unit was mounted. We called them several times to come back as the shaking was bothersome and disturbing (we cannot even enjoy dinner in our dining room). We contacted them once again last week (late January/early February) as the noise was just too much to take. They scheduled an appointment with us for more Monday February 3, 2014 with an arrival [redacted] of 10am to 4pm, they never showed up and have not called. We have left messages and still nothing. Finally we called the home warranty company and they contacted another company. They came out today and found that the blower wheel was so out of balance that it broke the mount, shook the control panel off and several screws broke in half. The technician advised that it was only a matter of time before the entire unit fell apart.
