taken:
[redacted] had signed a rooming contract (2014 [redacted] National Championship Tournament) for a 2 day minimum stay guaranteed by her credit card. She did have until 29 days before arrival to cancel without penalty. (Copies available by fax)

After she contacted the hotel, we researched her complaint and found no basis for it.
We did however, refund her one night out of the 2, as a gesture of goodwill and not charge her, as mentioned by her. (pls see attached)

that his first 2 attempt to cancel his reservation was done through email. His conformation letter addresses cancellations deadlines and states "The reservation cannot be cancelled through email. If he did cancel by email the hotel does not receive that information. Nonetheless, due to the confusion with the website which gave him the option to cancel through email, I was able to offer Mr. [redacted] a refund of $109.89 on 12/12/16 which could take 3-4 business day to reflect in his account,

Review: Our softball team checked in this hotel From the get go, UNSAFE< unsavory, unclean, broken items, drug deals and drug items left in drawers. HORRIBLE. We checked out next day. Management gave us problems returning our calls and to refund our money. I had pubic hair all over my bathroom. Other rooms that my team stayed in had multiple issues. I witnessed a drug transaction outside of hotel. This hotel is UNSAFE and should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I talked to someone at site and they were going to refund me one night and I would pay for the night I stayed. I disputed with my bank the total charges and they placed a CREDIT with note of dispute,. The hotel turned around and then charged me one night instead of credit one night.
